George Vrachnakis is a Mechanical Engineer with specialisation in Occupational Health & Safety in the Accommodation Sector, focusing on the assessment and inspection of hospitality facilities, such as hotels and similar facilities.
He has conducted numerous compliance audits in hotels across Greece and Cyprus, in accordance with European and International Safety and Sustainability Standards, in collaboration with international tour operators.
With long-standing experience in Occupational Health & Safety training, he has delivered numerous seminars and evacuation drills in hotels and fire safety training programs.
He has prepared a broad range of Risk Assessment Studies and Emergency Response Plans and actively supports the continuous improvement of safety procedures in organisations within the tourism sector.
George Vrachnakis is a member of the Hellenic Association of Safety Engineers. He holds an HSE Management certification from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a certified Internal Auditor of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. He also has experience as a Lead Inspector for Pressure Vessels.
