Evacuation plans

Evacuation plans

Proper emergency preparedness begins with the clear and comprehensible design of Escape Plans. These plans are a critical preventive tool that protects lives and ensures the effective management of any potential risk within a hospitality environment.

According to Fire Regulation 15/2014 and European standards, Escape Plans must comply with the requirements set out in ISO 23601. They should be displayed in all guest rooms, corridors, reception areas, and common spaces of the hotel. Their presence is a mandatory requirement of all major international Tour Operators and is inspected as part of their Safety Audits.

With the technical expertise and experience of ErgoProlipsis, Escape Plans are designed with absolute precision, clarity, and compliance with international standards. As a result, every guest and employee can identify the correct escape route at any given moment, reinforcing a strong sense of safety and trust throughout the facility.
