According to Article 9 of Law 4808/2021, any business employing more than twenty employees is required to adopt a policy for the prevention and combating of violence and harassment in the workplace. As part of this policy, the company must, among other actions, conduct awareness-raising activities for the staff and provide information on the rights and obligations of both employees and the employer in the event of an occurrence, report, or complaint of such incidents, as well as the related procedure that will be followed.
The purpose of the seminar is to help participants understand what constitutes violence and harassment in the workplace, as well as familiarize them with the key aspects of the policy adopted by the company to prevent and address such phenomena.
